Training dogs to be obedient

Steps to train a dog to be obedient:

1. First, use a simple gesture to ask the dog to sit down.

2. After the dog sits down, he can issue the second command "Wait a minute". At the same time, walk around the dog while holding the leash to see if it stays seated.

3. Walk in front of the dog, back up until the leash is straightened, and repeat the command "Wait a minute". If the dog moves, go back and practice again.

4. Say "come here" immediately after calling the dog's name. Then ask the dog to sit.

5. Praise the dog after it sits down.

Things to note when training:

1. Train your dog when it is quiet, because it is difficult to get involved when it is excited.

2. Be sure to buy food or toys that the dog likes to lure the dog.

3. The best time to train a dog is when it is very young.

4. When you first start training, make sure there are no other big dogs or small dogs around, because your dog may attack them.
