Symptoms of cat urinary tract infection:
1. Frequent visits to the cat litter box, little or no urine.
2. Sudden urination in places other than the cat litter box.
3. The urine is pink or red.
4. Licking the private parts frequently.
5. Screaming when urinating with force or pain.
6. Decreased appetite, not interested in exercising, and sensitive to touching the abdomen.
Causes of cat urinary tract infection:
1. Urinary tract bacterial or fungal infection.
2. Urinary tract stones.
3. Diseases secondary to other systems, such as cat diabetes, lead to an increase in cat urine sugar and a decrease in cat resistance, which helps urinary tract bacteria multiply and cause infection.
