There is a small round white spot in the dog’s pupil
A small round white spot in a dog's pupil may be an eye disease such as cataracts or corneal ulcers. Cataracts are mainly caused by opacification of the lens. The lens in a normal eye is transparent and colorless, but due to opacification of the lens, it appears white and opaque. As the condition worsens, the area will become larger and larger until the dog is completely blind.

It may also be caused by keratitis or trauma, and you need to take it to the hospital for further diagnosis. Be careful not to let the dog scratch the eye with its paws, and try to wear an Elizabethan collar to avoid infection before the disease is diagnosed.
