What to do if your dog is bitten
If the dog is bitten, the wound is small and the amount of bleeding is small. The wound needs to be flushed with physiological saline, and then the owner needs to use iodophor to treat the dog's wound, press and disinfect the wound, and then apply anti-inflammatory and antibacterial drugs. The dog usually needs to wear an Elizabethan ring.

If the dog's wound is deep and the bleeding is excessive, the owner needs to apply pressure on the dog to stop the bleeding in time, and then take the dog to the pet hospital to disinfect and suture the wound. If bitten by a suspected mad dog, the dog will need to be vaccinated.
