What foods can’t your German Shepherd eat?

Foods that little German Shepherds cannot eat:

1. Onions. This vegetable is particularly likely to cause poisoning in dogs.

2. Sweets. German Shepherd puppies should not eat too much sweets, because sweets can easily cause puppies to gain weight, and can also cause calcium deficiency or dental caries. Therefore, parents should try not to feed their dogs cakes or other snacks in their daily lives.

3. Vitamin c. Although vitamin C is indispensable for the growth and development of German Shepherd dogs, excessive vitamin C can easily cause indigestion in dogs. Therefore, parents must pay special attention to the intake of vitamin C during the feeding process.

4. Seafood. Try not to give this type of food to cubs because it is particularly likely to cause indigestion. The most common ones are shrimp, octopus, jellyfish, crab, etc.

5. Small broken bones. Dogs love to chew bones, but small broken bones must not be given to them, as they can easily scratch the stomach or intestinal wall. The most common ones are chicken bones or fish bones. Do not let dogs touch them.

6. Pungent flavorings. For example, the most common pepper, mustard, ginger or chili peppers can seriously affect the dog's sense of smell, so do not feed them in daily life.
