Are Alaskan dogs prohibited?

In recent years, the country has promulgated a ban on the breeding of large dog breeds. If you raise banned large dog breeds in big cities, you are not allowed to apply for a dog license. Although Alaskan dogs are large breeds, most of their temperaments are docile, suitable for domestication, can become good friends with humans, and will not actively attack humans.
