Blue and sticky eye droppings in dogs’ eyes are caused by conjunctivitis. The affected dogs will have symptoms such as bleeding and thick secretions from one or both eyes, and half-closed eyes. Conjunctivitis is usually caused by allergies, infection, or trauma. Dogs can be given ointment antibiotics or antibiotic eye drops, anti-inflammatory drugs or oral medications. Be sure to consult your veterinarian before taking the medication and follow the medical medication instructions.If the dog’s symptoms do not improve 24 hours after the onset of symptoms, or if the dog’s eyes become red, take it to the pet hospital for treatment immediately.
