Can dogs sleep with people?

Dogs can sleep with people, but it is not recommended because certain diseases in dogs can be transmitted to humans, such as skin diseases such as ringworm and nematodes. Nematodes generally parasitize the eyes of dogs, but humans can also be parasitized, mostly in the cornea and conjunctiva. Therefore, in mild cases, they can cause eye inflammation, especially in the cornea, and in severe cases, they may lead to blindness. Skin diseases such as ringworm are easily transmitted to children because their skin is relatively delicate, and round red and swollen patches may appear, and the itching is very uncomfortable. Therefore, it is best to let the dog sleep alone.
