Why are dogs more loyal than cats?

Cats have always been relatively independent animals. Even if their owners don't feed them, they can catch mice by themselves. However, dogs have maintained a close cooperative relationship with humans since they were kept in captivity by humans, and they are more dependent on people than cats. Strong, so dogs are more loyal than cats.
