How to feed a newborn cat

How to feed a newborn cat:

1. It is best to leave it to the mother cat to take care of it. Cats are mammals, and it is most appropriate for a newborn cat to be breastfed by its mother.

2. Feed your pet goat milk powder. If it is artificially cared for, the pet needs to be fed formula goat milk powder. It is recommended to feed it every 1 to 2 hours.

3. Newly born cats have relatively high requirements for food, so they must be fed immediately. The quality of goat milk powder that is ready to be fed is better. If it is left for a long time, the quality will be damaged and it will have an adverse effect on cats.

4. Feed the cat reasonably according to its weight. It is generally recommended that 2 to 5 ml is enough, and feeding can be done with a syringe.

5. Add or subtract as appropriate according to the enlargement of the cat’s abdomen. If you see that your kitten's belly starts to become swollen, you can reduce the amount of food you feed.
