Cats that are pregnant, sick, not dewormed, and under 8 weeks old are not suitable for vaccination, because the effectiveness of the vaccine will be affected under these circumstances, and pregnant cats may even cause miscarriage. Cats that have just been brought into a new home cannot be vaccinated immediately. They must be observed for at least 15 days to see if there are any diseases or abnormalities, and they must be healthy before being vaccinated. Moreover, cats cannot be bathed within a week after vaccination, because the vaccine takes 7-10 days to take effect, and bathing can easily weaken the immunity. Therefore, it is best for the owner to stay in the hospital for observation for 20 minutes after the vaccination to prevent the cat from having an allergic reaction and to provide timely desensitization treatment. And within 1-3 days after vaccination, cats will have adverse reactions, but these are normal. They can be properly nourished. If the reaction does not subside for more than 3 days, they should be sent to the doctor in time.
