It is abnormal to have black dirt in kittens’ ears, because kittens’ ears are normally relatively clean and tender. If there is a lot of dirt, it may be caused by ear mites or ear inflammation. The kitten needs to be cleaned and treated in time. Avoid worsening of the condition. If it is ear mites, you can use pet ear cleaning solution to clean the cat's ear canal regularly; if it is ear inflammation, you can use hydrogen peroxide to clean the ear canal first, and then sprinkle a little boric acid powder.
