Preparation materials:
Meat: 500g (chicken breast, pork (lean), beef, pork liver [a small amount], etc.)
Cereals: 500g (corn flour, whole wheat flour, black rice flour, oatmeal, soybean flour. [250g corn flour, other flours can be replaced at will, use whatever you have at home, add 250g together])
Vegetables: 500g (cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
Eggs: 65g (eggs)
Auxiliary categories: nutritional powder (1 tablespoon each of shrimp powder and olive oil)
(The materials used do not have to be exactly the same. You can change or increase or decrease them at will. They can be different every time, but they must be fresh. Auxiliary nutritional powder can be added as needed)
Production process:
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and mash them in a food processor. Wash the meat and it is best to take it to a meat stall and mash it. The minced meat will be grainy, just like the minced meat you usually eat (it tastes better this way) Then mix them.
After mixing, put it in a pot and boil it. A lot of water will boil out. Pour in some water and cook until there is no water at the bottom of the pot and turn off the heat. (Vegetables don’t have much water, so you can omit this step. My food processor requires a little water to grind the vegetables before they can be pureed, so I use this step to remove some of the water)
Add auxiliary ingredients, eggs and powder, and knead into shape. (You can also add seaweed powder, calcium powder, etc. Some dogs are allergic to shrimp, so don’t add shrimp powder. Olive oil can also be replaced with other tasteless oils. I use homemade fish oil. Don’t add all the powder at once. If it is too wet, add too much and it will be too dry. Add less). Then put oiled paper underneath and flatten it with your hands into thin slices about 1 cm thick. I made two for this amount. After the water is boiled, steam it in a pot for 15 minutes. (You can also press it into a thicker cake shape and extend the steaming time until cooked)
Take it out after steaming, be sure to let it cool completely before cutting it into small pieces. (It’s not easy to cut when it’s hot and will break into pieces)
Finally, bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 90 minutes. Take it out several times and turn it up and down. Be aware of hot hands. After cooling, put it in a crisper. If it is very dry, put it in the refrigerator, and if it is semi-dry, put it in the freezer.
