Dog cataracts can be treated with drugs or surgery. It is best to take your dog to a pet hospital for examination and consult a doctor’s professional opinion before determining the treatment method. Generally, cataracts can be suppressed with drugs in the early stage, but they cannot be cured. Surgery is still needed to remove the cataracts. This way the success rate is relatively high and the effect is very good.
